WorkBreakStretch LLC (“WorkBreakStretch”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information WorkBreakStretch collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices and rights available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to the WorkBreakStretch websites, including the WorkBreakStretch OfferingTree website (the “Site”), and to the Services, communications, and other interactions described in the WorkBreakStretch Terms of Use.
Information WorkBreakStretch Collects
When you create an account, register for a live virtual session, participate in a live virtual session, purchase a session pass, membership, group viewing pass, or gift card, or sign up for email communications, WorkBreakStretch may collect information such as:
First and last name
Email address
Telephone number
State and/or country of residence
Information provided when communicating with WorkBreakStretch
For group viewing passes, WorkBreakStretch may also collect information about the Account Holder and information necessary to administer the pass, such as organization or department name, Account Holder’s role, and participant names.
Information may be collected when you complete forms, create or use an account, make a purchase, register for a session, participate in a session, communicate with WorkBreakStretch, or interact with the Site or third-party platforms used to provide the Services.
Payment Information
WorkBreakStretch does not directly collect or store full payment card information. Payments for Services may be processed through Stripe via OfferingTree or through another payment processor used by WorkBreakStretch.
WorkBreakStretch may receive or retain limited transaction information, such as the amount and date of a payment, the Service or product purchased, and payment status, as necessary to administer payments and the Services.
Cookies and Website Technologies
The Site and third-party platforms used to provide the Services may use cookies or similar technologies to support website functionality, account access, scheduling, communications, analytics, and overall user experience.
The use of these technologies may also be governed by the privacy policies of the third-party platforms that provide them.
How WorkBreakStretch Uses Your Information
WorkBreakStretch may use personal information to:
Create and manage accounts;
Process purchases and registrations;
Schedule and deliver live virtual sessions;
Send session confirmations, reminders, and other service-related communications;
Send newsletters, announcements, and other marketing communications;
Communicate with you about your account, purchases, or the Services;

Improve the Site, Services, and participant experience; and
Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of WorkBreakStretch and others.
Email Communications
Emails from WorkBreakStretch are sent either through the OfferingTree messaging system or directly from the WorkBreakStretch business email address.
You may unsubscribe from WorkBreakStretch marketing or newsletter emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in applicable emails or by contacting WorkBreakStretch directly.
Unsubscribing from marketing and/or newsletter communications does not prevent WorkBreakStretch from sending necessary service-related communications, such as registration confirmations, session reminders, account notices, or other communications related to Services you have requested or purchased.
Zoom Sessions, Recordings, and Promotional Images
Live virtual sessions are hosted through Zoom. When you participate in a session, information associated with your participation may be processed by Zoom in accordance with Zoom's privacy practices.
For group viewing pass participants, participation occurs through a shared device managed by the Account Holder. If the shared device's camera is on, participants at the shared location may be visible to the instructor and other session participants.
WorkBreakStretch may record a session when appropriate and will provide any notices or disclosures required by applicable law regarding recording.
WorkBreakStretch may also take occasional screenshots or other images during sessions for promotional purposes. If you participate with your image visible, you may appear in such promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional use by notifying WorkBreakStretch.
Third-Party Services
WorkBreakStretch uses third-party platforms and service providers to provide and support the Services, including:
OfferingTree for scheduling, communication, registration, and related account functions;
Stripe for payment processing through OfferingTree; and
Zoom for live virtual sessions.
These third-party platforms may process personal information in connection with the Services and in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Information may be processed through these platforms as necessary to provide the Services and perform their respective functions.
WorkBreakStretch does not sell or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
WorkBreakStretch may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of WorkBreakStretch, its participants, or others.
Information Security
WorkBreakStretch takes reasonable measures to protect personal information within WorkBreakStretch's control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
WorkBreakStretch cannot guarantee absolute security and is not responsible for unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents that occur beyond WorkBreakStretch's reasonable control, including incidents involving third-party platforms.
Data Retention
WorkBreakStretch retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal or administrative obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.
